Return Policy

We believe in 100% customer service and strive here at Haikawa Appliances to please all users and always try to do our best to take care of our valuable customers.

In case if you find any product that you have purchasedis damaged or incorrectthen you may return your product. If you are asking for a refund then the product you purchased must be returned to Haikawa Appliances in an unused &resalable condition. And the item you are returning must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories or free gifts within 7 days from the day it was delivered.

These categories cannot be returned:
  • Items which have been already used or installed by the users.
  • The products that have been tampered with or a missing serial number.
  • The items which has missing labels or accessories.
  • Digital products.
  • If the item you purchased is not in the same condition as you received it.
Important Notes:
  • We may request you to share pictures or a video with the order Number if you received an item incorrect or Damaged.
  • You will have to inform shipping company if you received a damaged itemwithin 3 days of delivery.
  • To prevent any loss or damage during transit please make sure that all returned items are packed securely.
Refund Policy:

We will send an email to notify you once your return is received and inspected, that we have received your returned item. Also, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
  • Check your bank account first if you haven’t received a refund.
  • Now contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Then, contact your bank. Before the refund is postedthere is often some processing time.

Partial Refunds:

There are some circumstances where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item which not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Sale Items:

Any sale/offer items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or broken.
